Description

Looking for a simple dinner idea? Try this BBQ baked kielbasa! It’s loaded with flavor and needs only a few simple ingredients. Enjoy it with rice, potatoes, or on its own.

  • 2 (14-ounce) packages kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the sliced kielbasa and stir until each piece is well coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once about halfway through.
  6. When the sauce begins to caramelize on the top slices of kielbasa, remove the dish from the oven. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
