- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into 18 pieces
- ⅓ cup feta, crumbled

- 1 tsp oregano
- 9 kalamata olives, sliced lengthwise
- 9 grape tomatoes, halved
Directions:
Step 1: Peel and slice the cucumbers, then slice the olives and tomatoes.

Step 2: Next, mix the olive oil and oregano in a small bowl and fold in the fetta to coat.

Step 3: Use a small spoon to add a little bit of feta to one corner of the cucumber slices.
