Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into 18 pieces
1/3 cup feta, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
9 kalamata olives, sliced lengthwise
9 grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
1. Peel and slice the cucumbers, then slice the olives and tomatoes.
2. Next, mix the olive oil and oregano in a small bowl and fold in the feta to coat.
3. Use a small spoon to add a little bit of feta to one corner of the cucumber slices.
4. Then add a cucumber to the right, an olive next to that.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
