Try these berry granola cups for a quick and wholesome treat. They’re made with just a few pantry staples and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice
- Strawberries, for serving
- Blueberries, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana.
- Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture to 6 muffin cups, dividing it as evenly as you can. Then, press it into the bottom and up the sides to form a cup shape.
- Freeze the muffin pan for 30 minutes to help the cups hold their shape.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the cups for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, fill each granola cup with yogurt and top with strawberries and blueberries. Serve immediately.
