Description

Try these berry granola cups for a quick and wholesome treat. They’re made with just a few pantry staples and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice
  • Strawberries, for serving
  • Blueberries, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the mixture to 6 muffin cups, dividing it as evenly as you can. Then, press it into the bottom and up the sides to form a cup shape.
  4. Freeze the muffin pan for 30 minutes to help the cups hold their shape.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the cups for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, fill each granola cup with yogurt and top with strawberries and blueberries. Serve immediately.
