Ingredients

Scale

68 Pounds Fresh Strawberries

18 Ounces Fresh Blueberries

28 Ounce Bars White Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Step 1: After washing your fruit thoroughly and giving it time to dry, pull or slice the stems off your strawberries.

Step 2: Place your blueberries in a small white bowl and place it in the corner as a placeholder for the square section.

Step 3: Line the strawberries up in a double line, at the top of the platter, skip an equal amount of space, and place another double line of strawberries.

Step 4: Skip another equal amount ofspace and at the very bottom of the platter place one final line of strawberries.

Step 5: Be sure to keep your lines straight and be sure to line up the starting points of the first two double strawberry lines so the blueberry portion is even.

Step 6: Slice your cheese blocks into about ¼-inch slices. Line two slices up side by side in the two open lines. Add another stack on top of each cheese line.

Step 7: You can either leave your blueberries in the bowl or pour them into the remaining open space. Enjoy!
